Legend was an illegal cracking group, born around september 1990, apparently featuring key members of the illegal section of Vision. PANIC ZONE, TUNTESIZONE, TWINS BBS, MELMAC BBS and DEFCON 5 all became Legend boards. There was likely a link to the c64 group of the same name also. Legend later opened sections on the pc and console scenes. 1992 - The small dentro "Paroxysm" was released in october, and announced Fox and Risk's joining the group from Grace (though did not explain the whole story). 2001 - Eazy-E apparently passed away on december 23rd this year... Paroxysm (1992, 28.10, OCS File Dentro). code: Style, gfx: Blacky, Fox (fonts), music: "We Are Back !!!" by Blacky (ProTracker MOD format). info: This dentro welcomes Fox and Risk from Grace to the group. It also mentions several members of Origin that joined, though do not identify them. The unmodified file is 128028 bytes. Lego (1993-) ------------ Lemon. Lemon. (pronounced Lemon-point) was born in february of 1993, when some of the best members of Anarchy decided to leave and build a smaller, more friendship-oriented group. They announced the fact with the dentro "Announce" in march. The original founders were Facet, Dan, Nuke (who changed his handle to Spaceman), Hannibal, Slash (who changed his handle to J.A.D.E), Mad Freak (who changed his handle to Julius) and Paradroid. They were followed by swappers Kr'33 and The Pride from Sanity. However, they didn't last that long as a group - After releasing "Dotro" at The Party 93, the group died. They'll be remembered as a group with a humorous approach to the scene, and one of the leading groups of 1993 with several memorable releases. Announce (1993, 19.03, ECS File). code: Hannibal, gfx: Facet, J.A.D.E. (logos, lemship), music: Julius (ProPacker 1.0 format, 2 tunes). review: I've always liked this dentro, especially the way the music is linked with the onscreen action. Coupled with outstanding graphics from Facet, fabulous code by Hannibal, groovy music by Julius and a humorous approach to the demo concept, this one's a winner. Was that zoomrotator a record at the time? The demo was released to announce the birth of the group - hence the name. To access the 'hidden part' type LEMSHIP on the credits screen at the beginning. Nothing will appear to have happened, but on the next screen there will be a small bonus travelling across the top of the screen ;) The demo comes in a single 351944 bytes file, packed with PowerPacker 4.0.
